‘Tron’ Lightcycle ride is coming to Walt Disney World

Greetings programs! We are sorry to report that Disney’s D23 Expo has come and gone without any update on the status of Tron 3.

Yes, indeed, it is disappointing. But do not de-rez! We have good news, too: Disney is bringing Shanghai Disneyland’s popular Tron Lightcycle Power Run ride to the U.S.!

The addition of Tron Lightcycle Power Run was announced Friday by Disney Parks and Resorts Chairman Bob Chapek at D23 Expo in Anaheim, California, home of Disneyland — where for now there won’t be one, as it’s only planned for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Read more…
