In the video — posted by BBC Social — Bea says she’s happy for people to ask questions, but there are some enquiries that are just plain stupid

BBC reporter accidentally touches woman’s chest live on air, gets slapped

TwitterFacebook

First it was a North Korea expert — now it’s a TV presenter to left red-faced while on air on the BBC.

Ben Brown was interviewing the BBC’s assistant political editor Norman Smith in Bradford when a passerby wearing sunglasses came into the shot behind them.

She gave thumbs up and could be heard saying: “Absolutely fantastic.”

But the presenter pushed the woman away while grabbing her chest and continued the interview.

The woman, visibly surprised, then slapped his arm and walked away.

In a tweet later, Brown said the incident was “completely unintentional”.

Elon Musk’s Boring Company gets a FAQ, and it raises more questions than it answers

TwitterFacebook

Elon Musk’s pun-inducing, earth-shattering Boring Company is getting more official by the day. Now, as announced by Musk, the CEO of everything, it has a website, complete with an FAQ. So are all our questions answered now? Not really.

“To solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic, roads must go 3D, which means either flying cars or tunnels. Unlike flying cars, tunnels are weatherproof, out of sight and won’t fall on your head,” the FAQ states. The innovation the company hopes to bring is “increasing tunneling speed and dropping costs by a factor of 10 or more.”

While that sounds absolutely amazing — who wouldn’t want faster and cheaper tunnels — it raises our first additional question.  Read more…

Australia’s prime minister definitely doesn’t know what ‘Netflix and chill’ means

TwitterFacebook

So, umm, this is awkward. Someone needs to quietly tell the prime minister of Australia the real meaning of “Netflix and chill” or at least point him in the direction of Urban Dictionary.

Malcolm Turnbull was having an innocent old chat with radio station, 97.3FM, on Wednesday when he decided to drop the NSFW bombshell.

“Do you ever Netflix and chill with Lucy?” the host asked, referring to his wife. A very eager Turnbull responded: “Yes, yes we do.”

TMI, Mal.

For those not in the know, “Netflix and chill” is often used as an invitation to come over and have sex. Example: “Wanna come over and Netflix and chill?” The term was first used on Black Twitter before it became a massive meme and ultimately its own catchphrase as Netflix gained popularity in the U.S.  Read more…

SEE ALSO: It won’t be easy for WannaCry hackers to get their cash
