Journalists desperately try to figure out the mysterious case of a Trump portrait

It often gets very busy for the media in Washington, D.C., but this time it’s for a highly unusual reason.

On Wednesday, Wall Street Journal reporter Richard Rubin noticed some young men carrying a painting of President Donald Trump on Capitol Hill. 

He shared the artwork on Twitter, saying the portrait wasn’t commissioned and the artist, Barry Wingard, contacted Rep. Mike Kelly.
