‘Despacito’ is now the most watched YouTube video of all time

Just weeks after becoming the most streamed song of all time, “Despacito” has now been crowned with another title.

With just over 3 billion views, the song has officially become the most viewed video in YouTube history.

The summer hit, from Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, was released just seven months ago.

The song, whose title means “slowly” in Spanish, took over Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s “See You Again”, which only made it its way to the number one spot last month, after overtaking Psy’s “Gangnam Style”, which formerly held the position for over four years. Read more…
