During her show in Buenos Aires on Tuesday night, Ariana Grande made a moving tribute to Saffie Roussos, the youngest victim on the Manchester attack.

Tuesday would’ve been Roussos’ ninth birthday.

After singing her version of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow,” which she first performed at the One Love Manchester benefit concert, Grande blew a kiss to the sky and said “Happy birthday, Saffie” after singing the final note.
