Warheads are a polarizing candy. Some people find their extremely sour coating unbearable; some consider it child’s play (and some people, incredibly, think it’s delicious).
Bon Appétit’s Claire Saffitz is firmly in the anti-Warhead camp, but she graciously made a gourmet version for fans anyway. Her version even includes a lemon drop center. We stan a riff!
