Yes, it’s true. The rock band that brought the world timeless angsty anthems like “Mr. Brightside” and “When You Were Young” just dropped a brand new single and announced an upcoming album titled Wonderful Wonderful.

The new single from the fifth studio album, which premiered on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show on Wednesday, is called “The Man,” and lucky for us it’s already streaming.
The band also performed a brand new song called “Run for Cover” live at a show in Atlantic City last weekend and are scheduled to play several music festivals this summer, including Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits. So perhaps more never-before-heard singles are on their way. Read more…
