If Katy Perry would like to be excluded from the “Bad Blood” narrative, it’s far too late for that. In her new NME cover story, she explained why she chose to respond in the first place.
“I mean, I’m not Buddha — things irritate me. I wish that I could turn the other cheek every single time, but I’m also not a pushover, you know?” said Perry. “Especially when someone tries to assassinate my character with little girls. That’s so messed up!”
